Manpreet Grover is our Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer. She has over two decades of experience in public accounting. Manpreet is a Chartered Accountant from United Kingdom and a Certified Public Accountant in California. She started her career with KPMG in United Kingdom and then moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers in the United States. Most recently she was with Ernst & Young in the Palo Alto Office. She has extensive experience in a range of industries including internet, software and life sciences and manufacturing. She manages engagement with some of our largest clients in the Bay Area.

Yuko is a Partner in the Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Advisory Group. Yuko has eleven years of experience at Ernst & Young and then seven years at BDO USA, LLP before joining SOAProjects. Prior to joining us, Yuko was an audit Partner at BDO’s in the San Francisco/Bay Area Practice.

 

Yuko’s main area of focus is to provide technical accounting and financial reporting advisory services to public and private companies, especially those that are in the technology sphere – software, semi-conductor, SaaS (Software as a Service) models, telecom and professional services. Yuko has strong technical skillset and experience in several complicated areas of accounting, including revenue recognition, business combinations, impairment, restructuring, software development costs, and complex equity and debt instruments. She also has experience with various matters surrounding stock-based compensation.

Manav Singh is the Founding Partner at SOAProjects and has many years of experience in public accounting, audit, consulting and business development. Recently recognized as “40 under 40” by San Francisco Business Times, he is an entrepreneur by nature. Before the age of 32, Manav had established and sold two successful start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He is a recognized entrepreneur in the valley and specializes in delivery of services to such industries as communications, networking, semiconductor and bio-tech. Manav specializes in the technical areas of internal controls, revenue recognition, equity accounitng and other financial projects. His background includes seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. As one of the founding partners of this firm, he is instrumental in the overall growth of the firm. He is also the current Chairman of the Diversity Committee at Financial Executive International (FEI) in their Silicon Valley Chapter.
